when Blacks first got the right to vote, the white-only primary served was established so that, though Black people could vote, they were not a part of choosing the candidates.

Was the New Hampshire primary and Iowa caucus the equivalent of that. Will those states loose influence now that California has moved thier primary up?

No. You're more than welcome to move there. What do you have against white people?

Personally I don't have a clue. But honestly.... How many Blacks do you know in New Hampshire or Iowa? I haven't ever seen a primary where we were not allowed to vote but I have seen one where the votes were called 'Hanging Chads' and thrown into a river that will go unnamed. Why worry about California when we got Florida to deal with?

that is not plenty approximately what you suspect is honest for the yankee voter. that is what evens the taking part in container for the smaller applicants. The little guy does not have the investment to campain in a extensive state and his voice might under no circumstances be heard. the place it takes a pair weeks to marketing campaign in a small state, might take months to marketing campaign a extensive state. i don't relatively think of that is honest that human beings of a certian recommendations might flow to a particulary state just to impression that is accepted. Now there won't be an precise representative vote of that distinctive state in That accepted is there? i don't think of it relatively concerns How that state votes, that is purely that the full u . s . is watching. watching. do not blame NH. purely shop watching. Pay extra interest. learn extra concerning to the applicants on an identical time as they are there, they would not make it previous there without the media interest they might in basic terms get there.

No, black people can vote in those primaries. Also, the South Carolina primary is very early and SC has a large black population which significantly impacts the democratic winner in SC.

No, because nothing prohibits anyone from any race of moving to those states and voting there as a state resident.
