so far i have the name, and that's it. what are some good topics? i want it russian themed, but i dont want it to be like a history sight. i want something cool. please help.

The beginning of every great endeavure is a great idea.
You need to focus on what you are interested in and create your site about what you know.
Look into Modern Russian trends like fashion and music and go from there.
No One can really tell you what to make your website about, otherwise it will be THEIR website.
Remember you should always write about what you know. (or create websites about what you know.)

How about russian movements in art? Look into graphic design and russian propaganda art around the cold war and wwII.
History can be cool. Look into the right topics.
