I love spicy culy fries. Arby's, Hardee's, and Rally's (Checker's) are the only places I know that have them. Hardee's have the best though.
As for regular fries, it used to be McDonald's, but I worked there for 2 years in High School and got sick of McDonald's food. So, I would have to say Wendy's has the best regular fries now.

McDonalds has the best fries, but the best ketchup is from Whataburger! I could drink that stuff!!!! I keep lots of it on hand in my house for all my ketchup needs.

New York Fries, or any other establishment that fresh cuts their fries from potatoes. Frozen bagged precut fries cooked in shortening or grease do not compare.
