fired from any jobs before in her life...What is the best advice I can give????

tell her where ever she goes its always going to be there , and her next employment will know that she got fired 5 times. just tell her to work on the problems that she has. good luck.

Relocating to a new place is a great way to distract yourself from your problems. Finding a place to live, finding new friends, travel logistics; all of these are great excuses to keep yourself from dealing with your problems.
She has a real problem, though, and moving might not help: she can't hold a job all of a sudden. She needs to figure out why she lost those jobs, otherwise she might be moving to another place where she'll keep right on losing jobs.

I don't think she should move just because getting fired. Maybe she should try talking to her last boss to see if she could get her job back and she should ask him what she did wrong. And then she should try not to do it again.

I don't think she needs to move -she has a person problem that needs to be fixed. Moving will not do it. If she is your best friend you must know what her problem is. Not all those people are wrong.
She needs help. Who can you get to assist her?
