I would have given the same obnoxious answers before I did this project. I'm a senior researching social stratification. This question was to help me develop a plan for a single mother of two on welfare. Thank you for confirming the sterotypes.
If anyone else has useful information, I'd appreciate it.

In addition to the post above about looking for a new job add, go on birth control, even better have those tubes tied.
I for one am sick of my taxes going to all the irresponsible women and their kids. If you can't pay for them, don't get pregnant.

I would estimate the amount to be around NOW is the time for you to start looking for a higher paying job!
