Ummmm i dont know maybe consignment shops? I dont know whats wrong with buying clothes at any "normal" place. Your child doesnt really care if she's wearing the same outfit that the baby two towns over is wearing.

i would say consignments also. in SC we have something called Tot Trade they come twice a year and you can find name brand beautiful clothes for like 2 bucks! i just went Sat and bought my 2 y.o tons of clothes for the entire summer (i mean a serious complete wardrobe) for only $360 and she really got some nice things.
