You mean when someone admits to something they could have gotten away with? Honesty? Self-incrimination?

Normally I'd say the appropriate term is, "Duh.".... but with a judge, I'd suggest keeping your mouth shut unless you're asked a direct question. Then I'd suggest saying something like, "I'm aware of that, sir/ma'am. I'd also like to point out..."

NEVER SASS A JUDGE!!!!
