I am sorry to inform you but so far only 10 episodes of La Corda d'Oro have been subbed. There will be future releases so you just have to wait.

Well there are subbed versions on youtube
and you can also watched subbed episodes up till episode 10 on crunchyroll [reg is free]

They haven't subbed past episode 10 yet, so it will be a while before they finish the series, but they are always uploaded to the site a day or so after it's sub release is out.

You will have to sign up, though. It is completely free (no e-mail, name, just a username and password), and you can watch so many fansubs there.
The only catch is that for every episode, it takes 1-2 hours to download. It is worth it, though.
