What are some specific examples that indicate how Martin Luther King Jr. inspired a generation of people to fight for civil rights PEACEFULLY? I am having somewhat hard time finding evidence for this.

He led many non violent marches, Selma, Montgomery Ala, and the march on Wash DC., where he gave the "I had a Dream Speech", woke up a nation and fingally got laws past that outlawed segregation. In diners, buses, school, store and restrooms. Prevented the nation from going into an alout race war.

He had a boycott that was non-violent and b/c of it, he won and accepted the Nobel Peace Prize in Norway in 1964. King was a great person who was inspired by Mohandas Gandhi, who had similar reasons on racism. For more info, look it up. Just tyhpe in Martin Luther King's name and it will have LOTS of info on him...trust me. I did my research on him!
