i just got my period. it is normal for everything to be blood...no discharge? sorry. it happened awhile ago and i'm a little awkward and self consious right now....:(

yes, that is usually how it starts. No need to feel ashamed, we all have been through that. Just try and continue with your normal daily activities without getting too self conscious.

The first time is the absolute worst. You won't always feel that self-conscience about it. Just relax...it'll get easier.
