Why is okay for car insurance companies to only take women whereas if I started a company that only accepted men, I would probably be sued?
If women want true gender equality, why do women still insist "you can't hit me i'm a girl"?

You all automatically assume I am just going to be stronger then you. Granted I am pretty big, but I know plenty of girls who kick some of my smalled friends asses.

What you are talking about is the "equality" feminism is about. Where clubs, organizations, businesses and colleges that were "men only" have been eliminated and made illegal at the same time creating more "women only" clubs, organizations, businesses and colleges.
Even the government has undertaken the "right" for women to be seclusive and segregationist while prohibiting it for men.
It falls back to the same idea as giving women the right to vote while excusing them from actually dying to protect the constitution as men are and always have been ordered to do.
Feminism has created more double standards than they claim to be fighting to overcome.

Well women are equal -- but a lot of companies do a lot of research in which they base their criteria. And I'm sure those insurance companies have a good reason for it. I also believe that insurance companies follow different guidelines based on the fact that it is insurance not providing a service or selling goods.
And in a physical sense most men are stronger and more powerful than most women, and so therefore hitting them would be a coward thing to do knowing that the woman probably couldn't fight back.
Also there is a certain respect factor that men should have for women and vise versa.

There's a lot of factors that go into auto insurance, and I'll freely admit that a lot of it doesn't make any sense to me. To my way of thinking it should be based mostly on two things 1) your own personal driving record, and 2) where you mostly drive and park your car. Other things like what sort of "risk group" you belong to could be used somewhat, but only slightly - In my opinion just because you are a man, woman, black, white, married, unmarried, etc. aren't very good indicators of wether or not you're going to have an accident. A lot of this IMO is misuse and misinterpretation of statistics to try and justify price increases.
There is actual evidence to show that women are actually more accident prone when it comes to driving - yet men pay higher rates overall than women - explain that one to me.

"why do women still insist "you can't hit me i'm a girl""
Not all women do this. None that I know. What I insist is: "It will only happen once. And you better kill me, or you're going to wish you were dead."
But really, no one should be hitting anyone. That's primitive behavior and unnecessary in civilized society.
As for insurance companies, I've never heard of them doing this. If they do, it's because they've done the research and think men are too high risk. It always comes down to money with insurance companies. But I'm not convinced that you're telling the truth about this, and you didn't provide any references to your statement.
Edit :
"You all automatically assume"
All generalizations are wrong, including this one. You'd sound more intelligent if you stopped with the unbased statements of "truth" and broad generalizations.

See, the problem with some of you men is that you seem to look at women like we're all the same when we're not. Yes, we do demand respect, at least the level-headed one's do, but we all do not go this far. I agree with what your saying about men doing it and the attention it would get, but I don't agree with the way you put it, as if all women came up with the idea. Races can be the same way, such as some races get benefits and some don't, some get scholarships and some don't, etc.

You can't assault anyone unless you want to go to jail. Is that a better statement? As far as insurance companies go, don't blame a gender on what they think or do. I am a parent of both girls and boys and the insurance companies practices make no sense to me either.
