I'm working on a theatre project and we have to take 2 characters and design costumes for them from a different century long story short the clothes need to be colored according to the persons personality. I need a color for a person whho is a "Not very clever; a mischieveous scamp with his heart in the right place" and another person who is a "quick witted women who tries to see the best in people" Anyone know what colors would best suit their personalitys?

Green is the color of mischief (the Green Goblin, Robin Hood...)

Blue is the color of witty people- a rather purplish blue-purple being the color of royalty and blue the blue stocking ladies. The Bluestocking society was an informal women's social and educational movement that came into being in England in the mid-eighteenth century in imitation of a similar - though more formal - movement in France.
