Does anyone remember a movie...it might have been a Disney movie around 1984. It starts off when a young couple is driving in a (jeep) across a small bridge and they look over and see a young girl in the water face down and they think she was drowning. When approching her she started to laugh and was listing to the sounds of dolphins. I also remember a big white house. The movie is based on this young girl and she can hear the dolphins in the water. if you can help i would really appreciate it.
