Should I get a license plate that says "LEVEL 3"?

No. Just shows you have less of a life than someone in a lower level and more of a life than someone above you.

Not if the other people are level 4. Hold off on the plate - soon enough you'll need a level 4 one.

I know you're being light-hearted, but as a reminder:
The levels in Yahoo! Answers have NOTHING to do with ranking intelligence, knowledge or ability.
Levels are merely a reflection of participation (as is the "Top Contributor" in specific areas label).
"Best Answers" are only preferred answers (by asker's choice or by vote) and are never necessarily the most correct answer.
Being on "Level 7" is in NO WAY indicative of being more intelligent or knowledgeable than a person on "Level 1".
The person who perceives higher levels as meaning automatically higher intelligence or knowledge is among the dimmer bulbs in Yahoo! Answers.
