i wanted to buy the sodoku game off iTunes, and it says you can only buy them with 5th generation iPod. Is an iPod nano 5th generation?

No, iPod Nano is a miniature version of the iPod, whereas the term "5th generation iPod" refers to the full-sized iPod, which is currently in it's 5th version since its initial release.

no only sorry but the ipod nano is not but the ipod video is. I expect they will come out with games for the nano though

nicely, a million i do no longer see what age has to do with it. 2, the 5th technology iPod nano is not any longer offered, because of the fact the 6th technology became released. So technically by ability of default its the iPod touch 4G.
