It suggests your computer has three serial communications ports. The rule of thumb is only use com1 or com2. com3 usually conflicts with com1 and com4 usually conflicts with com2. Something else must be using com1 and something must be using com2 so HotSync got put on com3. Have someone who knows what they're doing turn off one of the 'com' ports in the BIOS of your computer.
