ok, in my p.e. class, (a group of girls) were split up. Have of us are on the floor, and the other on the balance beam. i`m on the beam right now and i was wondering if anybody had some easy, simple, but really creative things that I could do for my routine. I don't want anything hard, like a cartwheel, because I don't even think we are allowed to do that. Just some creative moves, or hand moves, or even gestures would work. I really want to do good on my routine, but the only things I have so far, are the toe-touch, dip walk forward, easy stuff like that. Also, if anybody can think of a creative, but easy dismount, that would be a big help too. Again, I really want my routine to be creative, so if you guys have any ideas, please feel free to tell me.i`m open to all ideas

How about jumps. Create your own jumps. A simple but cool jump is one where you jump up move your feet back and forth once and than land. Its very easy and basic. If you plan on doing it practice on the floor first, and than be very careful on th beam. If you need anymore advice go to my yahoo group GymnasticsAdvice. Hope this helps, Good luck.
