its possible, but very, very, very, very unlikely. If you look at everything we humans needed to get going, like not only the genes, but for our earth to be created the way it is. There could be a billion things just tweeked a little and we wouldnt be here. I think that there is life somewhere else, prolly not human like tho

There is actually a real field of science called Astrobiology that tries to answer questions about life in the Universe and also tries to answer the questions of how likely is that there is intelligent life somewhere else beside Earth.
There is even a formula called the Drake's formula that tries to estimate (in order of magnitude) the probability of intelligent life in the universe. The formula uses different estimates about fundamental physical properties of the universe (as how many stars there are and how long they can live and so on) that are more reliable and other estimates that are little more subjective (how long a civilization will take to develop technology and so on).
You can get different ranges of values depending on how optimistic or skeptical is your estimate. But this is still a good science guided intelligent estimation.
I think it is reasonable to expect few civilizations per galaxy.
In the past the italian physicist and Nobel prize winner Enrico Fermi (that was a master at this kind of order of estimation) said that if there were intelligent beings in the galaxy beside us they should be already here. Well, everybody believed his argument but recently another european scientist showed with a computer simulation that it will take a civilization, even more advanced than us, billions of years to expand everywhere in the galaxy.
Now about the EXACTLY part.
While it is extremely likely there is life in the universe (even if maybe in very simple forms), and while it is very probable that there are other intelligent beings in our galaxy (again almost certain if you take the entire universe), those beings would be quite different.
The processes that created human beings, even if guided by precise evolutionary pressures, were pretty random in terms of specific details.
We can expect some similarity between intelligent beings. For example they should have a well developed brain or some kind of information processing unit, they should have appendages with which manipulate the objects in their surrondings (not necessarily arms but even tentacles or similars) and probably a pretty evolved social interaction because that is what allows civilizations and intelligence to develop. Their size should not too big or too small for many different logical reasons and so on.
You can use logic to come up with educated guesses but usually nature surprises us and reality is always more amazing that we can predict. But it is still part of science to do such predictions.
There are scientific projects that actually are looking for radio signals from intelligent beings in the universe. The main one is called SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence).
You can look it up online, also search for Drake equation and astrobiology, You will get a lot of intersting sites.

If that were true, I don't think they would look like us at all.
By some strange reasoning, if Humans left the Earth and started living on another planet 500,000 light years away, they would adapt and change to suit the environment of that planet, based on the atmosphere, gravity and other conditions, their entire physical features could change so dramatically that they would not look anything like us after a few hundred thousand years.

I think that we were pretty stupid for a very long time, something landed on earth and said "This is pathetic" and gave us Intelligence as a gift, or a lonely space traveler stopped here to take a whizz, saw one of our female earth women, and said "Ya know, it's been a while, nobody's around here, what the Hell, "I'LL HIT THAT", and be on my way, and nobody will know SH-T" !...... and "WHOOOMP HERE WE ARE" !

If I learned anything from Star Trek, not only are there humans on other planets, but they even speak English with an American accent.

No. Odds are: 1 x 10^ I,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, to 1, and that's being wildly imaginative. Study Astrobiology!
