I don't think so, I think this case is going to be their Achilles heel, this was a big screw up, they never saw this coming, they are now scrambling to bale water, but it's too late, the boat is going down

there was no 'tough talk' -- they will be serving subpeonas to his aides as early as tommorrow....he's all bark and no bite...his ENTIRE life paints and confirms that fact....
