No its about equal these days -- I know a lot of girls who are too outgoing -- and I also know a lot of really shy and modest boys.

I would think that most girls would be more modest than boys. Girls are more aware of their bodies.

I don't have a napkin wedged between my legs, and tied around my waist by dental floss, gussied under the innocent label of "underwear".
Women dress in a much, MUCH more provocative manner, on average, than male counterparts. They overcompensate their sexual features to the point you can't even look them in the face, you're take embraced for them.

No. At least not in the USA anyway. The only people who seem to have any sense of modesty are Muslims both men and women.
