ok so a few days a go i thought i was on my period...but then there wasnt any blood only chunks of brown/white discharge are coming out....what could this be? the discharge is pretty thick

old blood that has lost its oxygen can turn brown. The discharge could be anything from mucous to a sign of infection. Go see a doctor to be sure.

I think that is a question that you should ask your doctor. I have never heard of that. I would not take any chances.

the best answer that i can think of is that you are getting ride of all of the nasty stuff so that the good stuff can come out okay good luck.
