but whites loves to head bangs
a few metal bands like killswitch engage and Sepultura and etc have black vocals but 98% are white
Do you think choosing of music goes to depend on skin color?

I think its all about the environment you grow up in. I'm white but I grew up in a mostly black neighborhood so I heard a lot of rap. I liked it and still do but now that I'm older I really love rock. Most of the young guys at work listened to only rap until they started working with me and now they love rock like me. If you're introduced to good music and have someone there to explain it I found you can jam with any type (even some country). I believe music is the universal language and if its from the heart and you can identify with it you can love any music.

I think a lot of times people are pressured to listen to certain things, because that's what they either grow up listening to or at least all their friends do. I don't think it's necessarily dependent on skin color.
I'm a black chick who loves to rock right here! Actually, that's just my first choice, because I love all music. Even country! :)

nice stereotype there... for the record I'm white and I love hip hop and rap and majority of my white friends do to.... also there are a lot of well known white rappers... there are eminem, the beastie boys, kid rock, bubba sparxxx, paul wall, vanilla ice, markie mark (I said well known not necessarily good) and many others so stop stereotyping that just because of your skin color you must like a certain type of music

i think most blacks are rap fans although i do know a few who are more into rock.. but i think whites are into everything actually.. i know just as many whites that listen to rap as i do those who listen to rock.. i haven't ever met a black who listens to country tho
