Which accent gives you a laugh mostly?

I'm a foreigner and I have so little accent you wouldn't even notice it if nobody told you. I'm 20 and I came to the US by myself when I was 17. Some of us have it hard enough already trying to adapt. I am here just for college and I don't see why you should make fun of anyone because of their national origin.

I am from Germany but really don`t have much of an accent left.When i do say things a little funny and people laugh at it, i usually laugh with them.I am a very open minded peoson,so when they do make fun of me i often have to aggree with them and laugh along with them.

You don't make fun of them at all. That is very childish and disrespectful and I am sure you were taught that growing up at home. You wouldn't want it done to you, would you? Just because someones culture and the manner in which they speak is different than ours is not a reason to make fun of them. You need to grow up some .

You DO realize that you are a foreigner to someone as well..and you too carry an accent of some sort.....

I find that some foreigners make fun of me and come into this country thinking it is their own amusement park and boasting about how great their country is while putting mine down. If theirs is so great, why don't they just stay home. We have laws here just like other countries and the people here have feelings too. Take note visitors to other countries please.

As a first generation American I don't do this nor do I laugh at other's accents.
