i have normal periods but this month i had two period this month

Maybe your stress level is up. Stress can mess up your hormonal cycle. One reason could be that if you were taking birth control pills and stop, that could give you a period and wont stop until you start taking them again or get a different dose of hormones.
If the period is heavy would be good to visit your doctor.

it is probably because you are changing the time of the month that you have it on
