I am not wat you call the *beautiful girl* in the world and im not the skinnest person, but this is something i am really wanting to do, and the agency place where ashley tisdale got sighned on 1st is comming to my state and my parents sayed i could go but once i walk in there and see all there pretty skinny girls i am afriad i will chicken out, should i let my wieght problem stop me or should i go for it?

If it is something you feel that you absolutely want to try for then I would say let nothing stand in your way. The most convincing argument I could give you is that, reality shows are the number one thing on TV these days. People like to be able to relate to people they see on TV. The days of the perfect people are pretty much over. If you got the desire and the talent, then by all means go for it.

By all means you should persue acting if that's what you want.
However, I can almost guarantee you that going to that seminar will be a mistake. I am an actor in L.A. and I see people get ripped off all the time. If you don't live in N.Y., L.A. or Chicago you can't work professionally. That's that. They will charge you ridiculous prices for classes and seminars and promise you an acting career. It's a scam. Act in plays and take classes. That's how everyone starts. You can't go from nowhere and just start working. Learn how to act and have fun with it. Don't let your weight or anything else stop you from doing anything you want to do. Not now, not ever!

Look on tv - they need all shapes and sizes and ages to act. Go for it - you might not be a superstar, but really, very few people, no matter how skinny and pretty they are, make it that far.

absolutely go for it!!! do you know the famous actress Kathy Bates? She is not the traditional hollywood babe but she is one of the most well-respected actresses in the biz. knock-em dead.

we see ads in California that read all shapes and sizes needed.
I'd go for it. you might be what they are looking for.
watch out for porno stings. make sure they are legitimate.
