I heard that orochimaru gets a new body after he died when sasuke killed him in Naruto Shippuuden...!!*sad*is this true and if it is who is he/her?

orochimaru aint dead. he is just trapped inside of sasukes body. maybe in a later episode he will force his way out of sasuke or something, but for the time being he's no more.

If you heard it on MySpace, LiveJournal, Quizilla, FanFiction, or any related sites, then no. It's not true. The next episode/chapter of Naruto Shippuuden hasn't even come out in Japan yet. Therefore, unless this person has an affiliance with Kishimoto-sama, they're trying to get people to believe their version of what never happened and never will.
Orochimaru took over Sasuke's body, but then Sasuke regained control. Orochimaru's body was at that time nothing but a shriveled thingamajigger, so he couldn't go back to his original body. Orochimaru no longer exists.

hmm i agree with t1cannonop
cuz the main story/arch (or wtv) from Naruto was about the kyuubi...
(and orochimaru and sasuke was like the 2nd major one.. )
and the akastuki are after the jinchuuriki.s for the tailed demons
idk if sasuke has killed him in the manga i havent read it.. x]
the latest one i think was Chapter 346..
and hopefully after hundreds eps of Shippuuden there's the Part III lol. x]]

Orochimaru does not get a new body. He died and therefore he is gone.

Nope. He's dead. Gone. Deceased. Nada. Rumor has it that the new villain in the new series is going to be the Akatsuki Leader. 0.o
