Has anyone had success with a sperm wash? Spouse has motility at only 30%?

Motility of 30% is not bad. A wash could definitely help - it gets rid of the sperm that are not motile and then the concentration rises significantly.

If the other parameters are good, you're looking at a good chance to conceive with the help of IUI.
