The pill is the shape of a capsule however it's not a capsule - it's white and it's got 3 grooves in the middle. It's got the number 718 on it and it has either a Trident or a M on top of a T. Anyone have any idea?

It's Buspirone - it has a 718 and it has a M and T (not a Trident). It's an anxiety medicine - but don't be fooled. It's not valium, in fact for it to work it takes daily dosages for more than a week just to know if it's working so there's no point in taking it - although from what I know of it there's no harm in taking it either. However common sense says if you don't have a prescription don't take it.

Take it to a chemist. The pharmisist will be able to tell you what it is.
