Turn both quantities into moles by dividing your masses by the molar mass of the compounds. Then divide your moles of CO by the sum of moles of CO and CO2.

You must convert each of them to moles.
There are 28.01 grams of CO per mole
There are 44.01 grams of CO2 per mole

So convert each to moles and the mole fractions are:

moles of CO/moles of total mixture

and

moles of CO2/moles of total mixture
