Why on some dating sites I have been to, there will be an absolutely beautiful girl marked down to a 6 or 7?
Do you think people just have different taste or do you think there is a little envy there?

I think people just have different taste..also there are times when I see myself on the mirror and say oh my God I look terrible(those days I rate myself 1)and others that I say damn I look gorgeous today(those are my 10 days...very few though)so I think I'm somewhere in the middle..5

I'd say I'm about a 7. I've been told I'm quite pretty but unfortunately I look 14...I'M 25! I can't even buy 15 rated films without I.D! (I can get in cinemas and other places at half price though, and some places are free!)

I think that 6 is a good choice I suppose... If someone attractive came along, I'm sorry but I'd have to give a 10 (maybe a 9) haha
Look at it as percents... they think she is 60% or 70% gorgeous! ha, they don't know what they're talking about!

I think there is a lot of envy there.
I've been told I'm a 7(last year), I was offended but a seven isn't that bad, now I think I'm about 7.5 or 8 though.

There is envy on the part of women but since you're referring to a dating site (i.e since men "evaluate" her appearance) I'd say it's different tastes.
