Lisa K - you really don't have a clue do you? They fired "their own parties" attorneys. These people were recommened by their own Senators. It's NOT the same as replacing them when the office of the President changes parties.

Rove is a person that in my opinion has no scruples, he is out for what ever he thinks is best and the end's do justify the means! He would sell out his own mother and first born child to achieve his goal. I do not think he can be counted on for the truth even if under oath. I have read that he is an agnostic so swearing on the bible should not mean much to him. I am so surprised that the right wing Christians even pretend to listen to him. Cheney is the other one that would sell out anyone to achieve his goals. These are the two people that we the people need to worry about as they are in control of the White House. Gonzales is like Bush Just puppets to Rove and Cheney.

Karl Rove's orientation has continuously been taking part in the politics "interest." that is not substantial whether the candidate easily helps the ideologies of maximum human beings of Republicans, that is whether the Republicans win the interest. From Rove's perspective prevailing is all it fairly is substantial. From the Tea social gathering... and different every day human beings... perspective what's substantial is that the Conservative ideology wins the day.

No, the US attorneys serve at the pleasure of the President, and he has the right to fire all 92 if he wants. (Clinton did). Just picking 8 means nothing. Gonzalez did absolutely NOTHING wrong OR illegal...just another ruse by the Democrats who have nothing REAL to do except attack others.
Rove is whip-smart and a great adviser. Democrats are jealous, and between handing out condoms to our kids and taking them out of school for secret abortions, they look for anything to trash a Republican.
