because the weather is not too hot and not too cold and more people get out and they mingle. the perfect weather sets the perfect mood in a lot of people- plus, spring just makes you feel right.

I think it really all depends on the way the people feel but spring time does make people fall in love easier..

Yes it's called Spring fever! Man oh man. See when people are deprived of the sun light for long periods of time, they just don't know how to control themselves once the sun does come out. My husband being one of those people!

I think winter holidays get couples together because it is more of a family holiday.
