No, it doesn;t work that way.
When the genes of the mother and father are so close, there is a better opportunity for birth defects, we are told.
The consequence of inbreeding is to increase the frequency of homozygotes within a population. Depending on the size of the population and the number of generations in which inbreeding occurs, the increase of homozygotes may have either positive or negative effects.

no.....the baby WOULD NOT die!
what do you mean negative blood???!!!! if the father has blood A (for example) and the baby happens to get that same type too, then nothing lethal would happen. if blood is the total opposite like blood A and blood B, then something might happen but that is impossible here bc the father would pass his blood type on to the baby so it will survive.
seriously, no matter how you twist this around, the baby will not die bc of blood problems.

nono... the baby wouldnt die just that that.
if the parent's genetic make up is so close, then there's a very high possibilty that the baby will be borned deform, or would have some kinda of genetic disease.
normally baby would only be stillborn if the mother is a drug addict, or the mother is ill and simply too weak to go through pregnancy.

If the pregnant mother has a negative blood type & she did not get a series of shots from her ob/gyn while carrieng the child, it could die. The negative blood type in the mother thinks the fetus is a disease or flu & the White? blood cells I think try to kill the fetus off as if it were a virus.

not necesarily, often the baby is just born with defections and is messed up (sometimes they are born retarded or other defections that may develop more as they grow up.)
