can you please help me? i need to find some helpful bacteria and i've been searching for a really long time and can't find anything. i need to also show what the bacteria looks like and how it's beneficial =/ please help =/ AND THE LAST THING I NEED RIGHT NOW IS RUDE ANSWERS!!!!!!!!

E. Coli in our digestive system not only help us digest things, but they ingest things that our body cannot process or that may be dangerous to us. They're small, even for a bacteria, and I think they're kind of rectangular, but I don't know much more about them. There are also the bacteria involved in making cheese and yogurt, but I don't know much at all about them.
