You see a car full of them and they drive slower than a grandma! What's up with that?

Could be one of many reasons.
1.) They want everyone to see them
2.) They forgot their glasses and trying to read that address
3.) People who are high on pot drive really slow.
4.) They are looking for that guy that shot lil J last week.
5.) It took forever for them to save up for a car, now thay are 25 years old and still cant drive, and tay in the backseat is really bad at giving directions.
6.) They have a flat tire.
7.) They are changing the radio station

have you ever been analyzing the newpaper these days....curiously GANGSTERS come from the suburbs....hell maximum genuine GANGSTERS are people you will possibly even assume...CEO's, government OFFICALS, all of us ON WALLSTREET....Get the factor, i understand what you're referring too and that's ok....you ought to accomplish your civic obligations on your community or you may get kicked in a much off places us of a club....

Harder to shoot at something while moving too fast don't you think....
Not that I condone that type of behavior, but easier to shoot someone while moving slow..
Just like the baggy saggy pants are really only worn in order to hide the fact that they are packing...

Their brains are so slow to react to anything. They are doing the best they can even if it is slower than a snail.

Because they're always getting hassled by cops, so they drive super slow, so they can reduce there chances of getting pulled over
