Hey -I'm really not the person to ask. You are probably some young perky teenager (smile) What I would have in my wardrobe would be different, but let's try this - WALMART/KMART are always good places to go - and I've even found some really great tops and skirts at THE GOODWILL. (I've got two teacher friends who shop no place else but....) you can't go wrong with colorful skirts - long and short; tank tops of different colors and long styled blouses to cover. A couple pair of sandals and closed toe shoes. Spice it up with long, drooping earrings, lots of bracelets and bangles. For pants- can't get enough jeans and lightweight sweaters that maybe drift off shoulder, big cowl collars, Got to have some shorts and knicker-type pants. Make sure you have some Khaki colors in the closet , You need a good black spring dress (halter top style) with a long satin cape for cool weather, or some other kind of light weight shawl. If you have not colored your hair and can - do! Lighten it up and curl it; get those nails/toes done - in hot pastel pink. Add your favorite light cologne (I love Musk or Haiku (Avon) - it will take you right into the spring with fashion, color and smelling gooooood!!!!!!!!

You can shop at Ross, Mervyns, or even Marshalls have nice designer clothes for a reasonable price also if there is a TJ Max's in your area. also try to shop when the stores are having the sales like I always go and by my winter clothes right before the summer things come out and the same for summer clothes and I do a lot of outlet shopping too so you have to be the type of person that will look for a bargin and wait for things to go on sale.

do you have any old shirts you could turn into something else? like, turn a t shirt into a tank top buy cutting off the top bit and sewing on straps? if you want to buy new things H&M always has some really cute stuff for cheap. what i do every once and a while is take all the stuff out of my closet that i havent worn in a while and mix and match them till something looks good to me. find a couple peices that work with everything, i have this one cute jacket that can either be dressy or casual depending on what pants i wear it with.

Go to Plato's Closet. You can sell your old clothes that do not fit and then buy all new. It is really a cool store. They only take clothes that aren't worn out and name brands. A pair of Hollister or Abercrombie jeans is $15.00. I worked there for a year and I always bought my clothes from there. It is a great store.

Acessories from Claire's and things like a new, inexpensive bag, those chain things you hang from the belt loops on your jeans (don't kow what they are called, but I have some and love them).
Basically, accessorize and buy one or two pieces of clothing that you can interchange with a bunch of different outfits.
