Well first of all, to everyone who's been saying this, you can't LOOK gay, you sure as hell can be an obvious flamer, but you can't look it.
And coming from gay guy maybe 2 years older than he is, this kid is not just gay, he's super gay. And what makes it worse is that it's so obvious yet, I doubt he'll admit it.
Aside from that, he's not hot at all, and no thats not a racial thing, he doesn't have a good voice, and he's really just boring. Even if he won, let's be realistic, there is very little marketability for an effeminate 17 year old boy. But then again all those little girls loved Clay Aiken for a while, and he's nauseatingly ugly.

No.He suggested on t.v. he needed Jennifer Lopez's telephone huge form so as that ought to recommend he likes ladies,which proves he's no longer gay,i actually desire each body may quit being so rude/bashing Sanjaya,in spite of if each body's drained of him being on american idol,that's no longer his fault he continues to be on american idol.

What does it matter? He's 17 and takes him a lot of courage to put up with the criticism he gets from many.
