Taco Bell. They don't deep fry everything. Plus, there's more vegetables on the stuff.
McDonald'd deep fries EVERYTHING....and the meat grease isn't drained then sits in the tray and soaks it all back up. The only thing not fried there is the salad, yogurt, and apple/grape salad. But even though they have some healthy food, who really goes to a fast food joint to get healthy food? I worked there for 2 years and maybe one out of every 20 people I took orders from ordered something healthy.

It depends. Some of the salads at mcdonalds are healthier but based on just normal food, probably taco bell because their meals don't include fries.

McDonalds for sure. Taco Bell had an E-Coli break, but other then that, Taco Bell makes pretty good tacos.

McDonalds. They have yogurt and salads. Taco Bell has a taco salad, but there's a lot of fat due to the beans, meat, cheese, and sour cream in it.

Maybe Taco Bell cause you can get a bean burrito without cheese which would save on the fat content.

Neither are healthy at all. Both places have food that have lots of calories, fat, and sodium. You're better off making a meal at home.
