ok, i wrote a song about this girl i love, the lyrics may need a little work, but there pretty good. i really want someone to sing it and produce because i cant sing. i mean they can have some credit for the song and stuff as long as it becomes like a real song....if your interested gimmie your email adress and ill send you the lyrics

Ok, I'm a girl, so I'm obviously not answering your question because I want to sing it. I'm answering to tell you that it's not that easy to get a song produced, even if you do find someone to sing it. And you need music too, not just lyrics. If you have connection with a music producer, then go for it. And you probably shouldn't be looking for someone online. It'd be better to find someone in a local area so you can meet up with them and come up with a way to make this work.
