I guess the first few questions you should ask to decide this, is...
What will you be doing after graduation. I've been told by recruiters that if your GPA is over 3.5, your GPA is a good one. However, don't get hung up on the GPA, especially if it is going to cause your other grades to suffer. If you have other classes that will have a lower grade because you have added the other class, I would recommend dropping the class, especially if you don't need that class to maintain a decent GPA.

Since you are doing so well in the class, you should definately stick it out. the higher GPA could help you when you apply for college or graduate school.

Aww!
I hope you stay with it. Because, firstly, It will help your GPA so much. I know that it's very stressful, but It's all going to pay off!
Now, If it gets WAY to much of over stress? Drop it.
But!...
You have an A!:D
Good job!

I say stick it out. It can really help your GPA. If you really don;t like it, then switch out....but i'd stay in it.
