As well as the leftist wackos. Moderates are the ones with common sense. If some Americans didn't agree with far left or far right views the house and Senate would be all moderates.

When you ask the average person individual question like ...is it fair that illegals get in state tution, while someone from the neighboring state has to pay through the nose, they will normally answer conservatively. But, when you have teachers and the major media slanting the news, most people are not enegetic enough to investigate. Remember, 90% of counties in the US voted Bush.

They never have been. Each party is composed of several blocks. No single block has ever had a majority.
