More than easy

Make jumbo chocolate covered strawberries with nuts on a popsicle stick. At the mall they are 5$ a chocolate covered strawberry, sell 30 a day each one is 2$ and you will make 60$ a day if you sell all of them. And in a week you will make 420$.
and a month 2,520$
a year 30,240$ damn you could by a housesell like 60 a day
and in a year 60,480$.

Go to the local city hall re licensing for your area, see an attorney re LLC or incorporation, it should not be too expensive.
Put out flyers and get all your friends involved and all the best to you. YOu can do the paperwork for LLC and corp yourself I believe it may be available on the net then you have to file it yourself with the corporations commissioner. Should explain all that.
See both links but the second one offers to do it for $49
All the best

Yeah, don't forget the rental fee for the spot at the mall where they sell stick candy, which is why most of those shop owners hire teenagers to work for them.
