Once again, I really appreciate all your help. This other one I think I know what to do but am not sure.

Problem:

Draw the rotation of each triangle by reflecting the triangles in the given lines. Also, state the degree of rotation from the original image to the final reflected image.

Triangle TUV with vertices T(2,1) U(1,4) V(4,3) reflected in the y-axis followed by a reflection in the x-axis.

Now, would you reflect the triangle in both and attempt to find the rotation? And it says it wants degree of rotation and direction so this confuses me too. I am able to reflect the triangle but then how would the deg. of rotation and direction be found?

Unless you are expected to find the destination points of the vertices, the question as posed makes little sense because there is no mathematics involved. Reflection of any object in 2 dimensions about any two axis positioned at 90 degrees is a simple 180 rotation about the origin
