Rumor is they will be switching to the retro jerseys next season as their normal sweater. Since they will not be allowed to use the so called "3rd jersey" the sentiment is for them to revert to the simple stick in the rink logo of old (Thank God they dont want to switch to those horrible Halloween colored skate logo jerseys.....those may be the ugliest jerseys ever). Personally i hope it is true, the whale jumping out of the C is okay but I love the simplicity of the old sweaters. I imagine an announcement is coming soon but i heard it on a telecast from Mickey Redmond and he tells it straight so heres hoping he is right!

to reply to the above comment: I've heard through numerous Vancouver reports that they're definitely staying with the same Whale "C" logo next year, though the JERSEYS will be different. (I would've liked to see the retro rink logo or even 'johnny canuck' logo)
