I know this is called mitosis but that is pretty much all I understand. I have to compare it and also contrast it.


All help is great.
Im haviing a little hard trouble understanding this stuff.

I'm only in 8th grade and in Life Science so I probably won't know any too big of words or anything like that, but I will never know I love to learn so.yea

Animal cells separate at the end of mitosis by pinching off each other. Plant cells form a plate between the two daughter cells that forms the cell wall to separate the two cells. Also higher plant cells do not have centrioles (proteins involved in separating chromatids). Otherwise the process is more or less the same.

it is called miosis, oh.... you already know that..... ya, it is really confusing... talk to your biology teacher. i am learning the same thing right now.
The cells divide and then like make new ones...
