My middle name is also Marie. Every female in my family has this as there middle name. I have been in my family forever. Marie actually originated in Ireland it was a form of the name Mary.

Eileen. Not my fav. My parents split up the naming of my siblings and myself. Mom got the first two Dad got the last two. I have a unique first name and he didn't want to give me a middle name but she was not havin' it. So I have her middle name. Parents, what can you do with them? LoL (I've always thought Marie was such a pretty name)

my middle name is Lynn. Its fits nice with the rest of my name...Jennifer Lynn Taylor, but its sooo common that I'm not a huge fan of it. I think of it more as on of those filler middle names that parents throw in there when they cant think of anything else. I know about 3 other Jennifer Lynn's though so I guess its pretty popular.

My middle name is Ann. I was named after both my grandmother, which makes my name very special to me.
My maternal grandmothers name was Emma Marie. My paternal grandmothers name is Charlotte Ann.
So I was named Emily Ann. Gotta love the name. Of course, I love the name Marie for obvious reasons.

My middle name is Christine. Named after one of my moms old friends from high school who passed away in a car accident after getting hit by a drunk driver.
I really like it.. I think it's really pretty, and not tooooo overly common.

My daughter is Elizabeth, after my mom
My Sister is Ann and so is her second daughter
Her First is Catherine after both grandmother, and my sister one brother is James after my mom's father
My other brother is Joseph after my dad's father
My family uses family names as middle names
It's a good way to honor family members

It is a family tradition. My grandmother, mother, and my last name are all Ann. If I have a little girl some day I will also use Ann as her middle name.

Mine is Gayle. My dad named me after Crystal Gayle, the country music singer. It's pretty common with other females my age, sometimes spelled differently though.
