okay what would happen if you rub a hanging pen (on a desk) with paper towel and rub another pen with paper towel as well and bring the second pen near the first pen
what will happen?

Don't do it...it will cause a thermonuclear explosion!!!
Actually, this experiment has something to with static electricity. My guess is that they will repeal each other.

uhhh..well u might have a possibility of getting a small static electricity spark....but probably nothing
