I am on spring break right now, and i want to visit one of my guy friends at his college. I would be staying in another girl's dorm room, but my parents still won't let me go spend the night because "college rules are always broken". There's nothing to do during the day, we need to go out during the night, and his college is 45 minutes away from home, so its not like I can come home after partying. How can I persuade my parents to let me go or what are some ideas that I can tell them if its absolutely impossible to persuade them? Thank you so much for any help guys! :)

How old are you? Your parents probably highly doubt you are going to be staying with another "girl" in her dorm... remember your parents were your age once too. Spend the day together, go see a movie & grab a burger. You don't need to be out drinking to have fun, especially if you are underage. If you are old enough to drink, which I am doubting, I would guess your parents wouldn't have so much to say about it. Your parents sound very smart and caring.

If you are sober, a 45 minute drive is not that bad.
