SUNY Albany and SUNY Buffalo are generally regarded as the business minded SUNY schools in the system. SUNY Buffalo has more of a basis with law related business and finance classes because, you guessed it, of their law school ties. SUNY Albany on the other hand has a selective undergraduate business program. If you were considering a CUNY school, SUNY Albany is far away enough to not go to college with everyone you attended high school with, but close enough where the majority of people come from NYC and Long Island, so you'll still feel at home. I'd say SUNY Albany is your best bet, and you'd be at an advantage emailing some distinguished professors in the business and finance departments who teach subjects of particular interest to you. For most part, SUNY Albany employs very well learned professors from high-tier business schools like U Penn, U of Chicago, etc. Look around the website, albany.edu
