my boyfriend didnt pay his child support so it is a voilation to his probation but he didnt pay because she would not let him see them i understand he was in the wrong but what if anything can happen to her for not giving him his visits and if he goes to jail how can he get his visits

next time he needs to stay in his full term and refuse probation probation is a gimmick less than 2 in 10 people make it threw it

Violation of probation means back to jail for the felon and definitely the visits will be not performed.

No judge will force a child to enter a prison. It's likely there will be no visitation enforced during his prison stay.
